All sales are final, but we want you to be satisfied with your order so please see below for further information:

Can I cancel my order?

Only if the order has not shipped yet. Please email us immediately for cancelation. 

Can I exchange my order?

Please make a new order with the size you like, ship back your order to our warehouse (see below) and leave a note that includes the old and new order number. Once received and reviewed we will refund minus shipping costs. Must be done within 2 weeks of receiving order. We are not responsibly for lost packages, so please insure your shipment. 

Can I add or deduct an item from my order?

Once the order is placed, we cannot modify it. If it hasn’t shipped, we can cancel the order and then you can place a new order with the item(s) you would like. 

What if I received a damaged product?

If you did not receive your full order, received an incorrect item, or a defected/damaged item - please email us with images. Our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days. 

Where is my order?

We are expected to ship your order within 2 weeks of purchase date. You will be notified when your order ships with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to be activated.
